Celebrating the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
All of us regardless of age, have been fortunate enough to have been alive during the reign of our dear departed Queen Elizabeth II. Since becoming our Queen at the young age of 25, due to the premature passing of her father King George VI, she has devoted over 70 years of her life to serve her people.
All of us regardless of age, have been fortunate enough to have been alive during the reign of our dear departed Queen Elizabeth II. Since becoming our Queen at the young age of 25, due to the premature passing of her father King George VI, she has devoted over 70 years of her life to serve her people.
In this commemorative puzzle, Gibsons have captured some of the joyous moments of her life, from her childhood, as a bright-eyed carefree young woman, through her military service in the Second World War, to her coronation ceremony, and beyond through the many years of her reign. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother as well as for her dedication and resilience, and passion for her horses, her corgis and of course we, her cherished subjects.
The 1000 piece puzzle has been created by the talented Victor McLindon who illustrated the Happy and Glorious puzzle, celebrating Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee.
Kate Gibsons, Managing Director of Gibsons states: ‘Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was spotted doing Gibsons jigsaw puzzles so it’s been an honour to create a range of puzzles celebrating her life. We’d like to think that this latest commemorative puzzle would have been one she would have enjoyed putting together and will be appreciated by her devoted subjects as a way to remember her.’
