Fr'um Pineapple & Smokey Scotch Bonnet Rum
Base rum from the Dominican Republic distilled with a blend of cacao, pink pepper corns, lapsang soughing & cinnamon.
Next, a syrup is added crafted from dark and rich muscovado sugar, pineapples and smoked scotch bonnet peppers. The muscovado is used to extract the juice from the chopped pineapple without using heat.
This retains the full flavour from the fruit. Scotch Bonnets are roasted on a fire till charred and smokey. Water is added and steeped on a low and steady heat.
Fr’um was born from the love of BIG BBQ flavours. Think balmy summers days or even the combined flavours of fruit, charred pepper and pineapple upside down cake.
