1. THE PROMOTION
The promoter is Hyve UK Events Ltd, 2 Kingdom Street, W2 6JG (“the Promoter”) and the promotion is a two-night complimentary stay at either Novotel Birmingham Airport or Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham from 2nd February 2025 – 4th February 2025 (“the Promotion”).
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
The Promotion is open to those aged 18 years and over, and residents of Great Britain only. The Promotion is not open to (i) employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) and household members of the Promoter or their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies or advisors; and (ii) anyone else involved in the creation or administration of the Promotion, or their immediate families or household members.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
3.1 The entrants for the Promotion must register for Spring Fair 2025 between the dates 6th November 2024 to midnight 20th November 2024 (“Entrants”).
3.2 The prize draws will take place on Wednesday 27th November2024.
4. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
4.1 Two winners will be chosen by draw from all valid entries (“Prize Winner”).
4.2 In the event that the Prize Winner is disqualified or ineligible for the prize in accordance with clause 4 below, the prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected as the Prize Winner and notified using the same process as described above in respect of that prize. The above process will be repeated as necessary until the prize is validly claimed by an eligible Entrant.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 Two separate winners will each receive a two-night complimentary stay for the dates 2nd February 2025 – 4th February 2025 with breakfast included. Each winner will be awarded a stay at one of the following hotels, assigned at the Promoter’s discretion:
- Novotel Birmingham Airport, Birmingham
- Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham
5.2 There are no additional prizes or free gifts available for this promotion. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3 The terms and conditions of the respective hotel (Novotel Birmingham Airport or Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham) will apply to each stay.
5.4 The Prize Winners will need to confirm their acceptance of the prize via email within 7 working days; otherwise, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate entrant will be selected.
6. GENERAL
6.1 The decision of the Promoter with respect to all aspects of the Promotion is final. No private correspondence will be entered into with any entrant except with the entrant selected as a winner.
6.2 The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion or for failure of email or entry to be received or for any loss of entry.
6.3 The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any of the prizes or a component of them cannot be awarded as described.
6.4 The Prize Winner shall provide the Promoter with proof of age on request.
6.5 The Promoter is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for failure to contact any winner, and will not be responsible for failing to contact or award any prize to any Entrant who provided incorrect or incomplete information, or who does not respond to the Promoter’s communications within the time-frames described above.
6.6 The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion and the nature of any prize (to an alternative of equal or greater value) in the event that it or its conduct of the Promotion is affected or is likely to be affected by any unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions, nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
6.8 The Promoter will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, delayed, incomplete or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Promoter is not liable for any problems, errors, or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage to the Entrant’s computer or another technical device, or software, as a result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
6.9 By entering the Promotion Entrants agree that any personal data submitted as part of the entry process (including their email addresses) can be stored and processed on behalf of the Promoter and its affiliates as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that such storage and/or processing may occur outside of the European Economic Area. Entrants agree that such data may be used to contact them, for the purposes of the administration and conduct of the Promotion, for publicity purposes as stated in these terms and conditions and for the provision of the Prize Winner’s name to third parties. A request to access, update, delete or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out in these terms and conditions. Personal data will be held by the Promoter as outlined in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://hyve.group/Privacy-policy.
6.10 The Promoter reserves the right to delay, terminate or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these terms and conditions, including, without limitation the entry by persons outside the Promotion’s jurisdiction or of persons under the legal drinking age in their country of residence, or failure in whole, or in part of any website(s) used to enter the Promotion, any related component or module, or an order an any governmental or regulatory authority.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
7.1 The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with of the laws of England and Wales. The Promotion will be void where prohibited by law.
